- introduction of a producer of our choice whose products we will be used in the menu (Mákfai Mangalica, Vasvár)
- coffee together
- guided tour, getting to know the restaurant
- preparing a 3-course menu with our chef; with the active participation of the participants.

- Dödölle, pickled onions, wild onions, sour cream, mangalica bacon
- Mangalica loin, crispy sausage, sauerkraut grinded pasta risotto
