One can hardly ever dream of a richer landscape than the Őrség region. We aspired to a kitchen of which the local characteristics are reflected. Pajta Bistro’s food philosophy is primarily based on local values, and our chef is intended to create a new quality of them.

In our seasonal menu we offer regional and traditional dishes, classics with a twist just as fine dining specialties Our mission is to make local gastronomic values more well-known by maintaining tradition and embracing modernity in the spirit of the international slow movement.

Our suppliers ensure our chef the best quality of their products, and he composes our menu by using the finest, freshest goods every week. When composing dishes two aspects are equally taken into account: creative passion and comprehensibility. Our chef serves simple but exciting dishes using high tech kitchen equipment.

We wish our guests to take home with them the harmony of flavors and visuals, the tranquil, memorable close-to-nature experience, and of course, to return as soon possible.
