Years ago when we looked out the window of our house in Őriszentpéter, we saw an old, dilapidated, disused barn. We started to weave plans around it, imagined a traditional dancing house there, concerts, exhibitions, a community space for both locals and guests from afar. An oasis in the western end of Hungary which is worth visiting, because there is always something happening.
Dreams became reality in August 2012 based on the plans of a Miklós Ybl Prize awarded architect, Gábor U. Nagy. Since then many programs have been organised and received in Pajta just as acoustic concerts on the terrace, springtime picnics, traditional Hungarian folk events, wine tastings, exhibitions, yoga camps, arts and crafts for kids, etc.
Our aim is to strengthen the attractiveness of this splendid region, Őrség with constantly renewing cultural offering.
