Mid-October is perhaps one of the most beautiful times of the year in Őrség. It is against this backdrop that we welcome Vienna’s Z‘Som to Pajta.
On Sunday, 18 October, Z‘Som’s Chilean-born chef Diego Briones joins us at Pajta to create a one-night-only menu together with Yazmin Salazar and István Akács.
Together with his wife, Judith Lergetporer, Diego runs Z‘Som, their fine dining restaurant in the heart of Vienna. His cooking brings together his Chilean and Latin American roots, fifteen years of international experience and contemporary European gastronomy. Fresh, distinctive flavours, technical precision and unexpected combinations define his cuisine.
What makes this dinner particularly special is the Latin American connection between the two kitchens. Diego’s Chilean roots and Yazmin’s Mexican heritage come together with István’s culinary perspective in a menu created especially for this evening.

The menu price includes mineral water and coffee.
Dinner can be booked for either 6:00 pm or 7:00 pm.
